A socio-political model of the realtionship between IT investments and Business Performance
I've always wondered what was really meant by 'socio-political performance' as an architecture tension in Module 1 of ABP. I found this paper which explores the topic. Boy do I recognise a lot of the symptoms of destructive conflict!
